Another shot taken on an early spring day as the water starts to flow. I blurred this one, with a very slow shutter speed (as shown above) and using tripod. Had to trudge through snow for this one, but it has some foreground and far shore background, which makes it interesting. 45.267815, -76.250122 is very close to where I took this.
Near: Almonte
Go: Blakeny Ontario, west of Ottawa. Get to Blakenay park, on the west side of the river, where there are historical mill stones on display, and, there is parking. Then, follow the path into the park which has a footbridge or two, and, find one of the stream openings. I marked it on the map.
