Not sure why I am so fascinated by this photo location. It's a leftover to the industrial past in what is now the ZIBI developments. But the heritage here still pokes itself out in the area, and, you'll see a few different versions of these machines on ottawaplaces.ca.

Go: Take the path (Chaudiere private) from the back of the war museum towards the Chaudiere falls viewing area and about half way as you go, you will see these giant bulbs which are the old EB Eddy pulpers.
