At the Supreme court of Canada in May, there are tulip beds. I shot this from there, with the parliament buildings in the background.

Go: Park at Supreme Court of Canada -- easy free parking. Walk to the building then towards Parliament, and choose your vantage point by the tulips on the western side of the building.
