ABOUT
Says "coming soon" as I took this photo in mid-May so almosty ready for summer cottage season. It's on the way to Constance Bay and serves the Dunrobin area. I asked the owner, and she said this truck is a 1963 model. I am not an expert in chip trucks, but I think this will be the first in a series. If you like chips, poutine, hot dogs and burgers -- then -- stay tuned for a set of 3 such chip trucks that could form a nice set of 3 8x8 or 8x12 images framed and set together, to honour the tradition of the CANADIAN chip truck. See below for black and white version of this image, and, let me know how the chips are this summer! I did add a background blur in post.
